The doctor actually doesn’t need to do a physical exam to diagnose and treat many conditions. That’s because knowing your medical history is considered “90% of the evaluation” when combined with the doctor-patient interaction. How you’re feeling can be just as important to the doctor as the results of a physical exam. Plus, being able to see you and view any picture uploads via eVisit gives the doctor the additional visual information needed to make a diagnosis.

Yes. The eVisit app is 100% HIPAA compliant, so any personal health information you provide is completely safe and secure.

Your payment information will be entered and stored on our secure HIPPA Compliant eVisit platform and charged at the end of your consultation only for the product prescribed by the physician. Your consultation is free. An order confirmation/receipt will be emailed to you. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. You can call customer service at 877-344-4547 with any questions concerning processing your payment.

eVisit is a telehealth and patient-engagement platform that lets patients see their own doctors virtually over encrypted, HIPAA-compliant video chat. Google Chrome and FireFox provides the required browser that support the secure encrypted WebRTC protocol to keep this information safe, in short to protect your private information.

You do need a few basics: a computer or compatible mobile device (tablet or smartphone), a webcam, and a microphone. If your computer or mobile device already has an integrated camera and microphone, you shouldn’t need any extra equipment to get started. Our “Service” page has step by step instructions.

You can purchase products by completing your eVisit Consultation– for all “First Time” orders by clicking the Blue Button at the top of each page OR if you need a “Refill” click the Orange Refill Button at the top of the page. Also on each product page under the description of the product there are directive buttons that will link you to eVisit where you can log in and select if your are requesting a “New Patient Apt” or a “Refill Apt”.

You will receive a secured package from Fedex which includes your 30ml vial of medication and syringes with a needle to draw up your injection and an additional smaller gauged needle to replace on the syringe to inject yourself.

Yes! We designed the eVisit app to be very user-friendly. Imagine Skype, but with a few more bells and whistles to give you and your doctor everything you need to have a successful visit.

You should store your vial of medication in a cool dark area, not in direct sunlight. Avoid extreme temperature changes and never leave medication in a hot or freezing car.

The typical time from order placement until the product arrives on your doorstep is 3-5 business day depending on the shipping service. Just know your first initial order may take slightly longer because your medical history and consultation with the physician must be conducted prior to any products shipping. There are no acceptions to this policy. You can expect tracking information via email once your order is processed.

Currently there is no charge for using eVisit. The appointment time will vary depending on your wellness needs, product and service knowledge and what goals you are wanting to achieve. Most first time consultations are between 15-20 minutes, however the physician will not rush through because this time with you as the patient is important. We want to know you are informed and prepared to use our products properly and that we know any health concerns. Follow up appointments and prescription refills can take considerably less time–est. 5-10 mins.

Yes, every batch is tested for solubility, PH stability, and many other sterility tests which include testing for bacterium, microbes, molds, fungi, pyrogens, and endotoxins. The pharmacy maintains the highest quality of products and testing.

Controlled substances regulated by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, will not be prescribed by our company or any of it’s affiliates. We only offer Vitamin and Amino Acid compounds that can be safely prescribed through our TeleHealth protocols. No exceptions made.

**When using eVISIT for the first time to request a Refill, create an eVISIT account using your email address and a password of your choice.

No, Unfortunately new regulations prevent us from issuing Refills without at least a quick follow up visit just to check in and make sure you are doing well and no concerns or health issues from the use of the products prescribed.  The GOOD NEWS is, we are NOT CHARGING for a follow up visit and we are doing our best to keep these visits quick, focused and mindful of your time.  **When using eVISIT for the first time to request a Refill, create an eVISIT account using your email address and a password of your choice.  Log into your eVisit account, schedule your follow up appointment and complete the same steps you did on your previous visit.  We are here to help and will do our best to offer your outstanding customer service and products….But we have to follow the rules!
